I've had the pleasure of interviewing Ximena Trujillo: a truly talented photographer from Dominican Republic. Her photographs are so creative and unique, it's just: adictive!! Definitely an inspiration and one to watch!

When did you decide to become a photographer?

8 years ago, when I decided I wanted to capture moments and keep them alive.

What does photography means to you?

Photography's magic to me and something like an open door to my imagination; it makes me see everything with a different perspective. It takes me on a trip to discover new, interesting things ;)

Can you recall the first photo that you took that made you go WOW?

How would you describe your style?

I like to capture everything that makes me curious... but mostly I create scenes and characters; I like to photograph the essence, attitude and beauty that I see in people, fashion and backgrounds are part of it all.
